With pressed Wedgwood mark underfoot, the jardinière numbered with pattern number "K3839I" underfoot (used before 1881) and with three letter impressed mark

Dimensions:

Height 42.5 in. x Diameter 18 in. (widest point).

About The Artist:

Wedgwood was founded by Josiah Wedgwood in Burslem, England in 1759. Wedgwood began to manufacture items in majolica, lead-glazed earthenware, in 1861. Their "Luther" pattern, one of their top five most popular Majolica patterns, was introduced in the late 1870s.
