Item Description:

A Brass and Steel Blade Exposition Guard's Sword from the World's Fair Columbian Exposition, Chicago, 1893,

This sword was made for the Chicago 1893 World Columbian Exposition. It was worn by the guards to carry as their sidearm. It is marked WCE on the hilt and WCG on the blade and is numbered 2500. Together with a leather sheath.
