Scarce 1965 Rolling Stones New York Flyer

Scarce 1965 Rolling Stones New York Flyer

Item Description:

This great little handbill was produced by WTRY radio in the Albany, New York area. This Sound Survey was for the week ending April 30, 1965, when The Beatles topped the chart with Yes It Is/Ticket To Ride. The back of the flyer contains an advertisement for the April 29 show by the Rolling Stones at the Palace Theater in Albany. This was the first tour of the U.S. by the Stones, and Albany was the third stop. We have sold these before, but they were printed on pink stock; this is the first we have offered on this yellow paper.
