BALTAZAR ZE-BALLOS A S.E. EL PRESIDENTE D LA REPUBLICA, ANDRES STA. CRUZ. PAZ, 1829." Provenance: Previously from the Bauer Estate of Guard Hill Road, Bedford, NY, by repute imported to the U.S. from Peru/ Bolivia circa 19th C. [white onyx top with old crack and repair as pictured]
