KENNEDY 1962 PRESIDENTIAL CHRISTMAS CARD TO BROTHER TED - Signed by John Kennedy in black fountain pen ink (with a smear in the final stroke) and Jacqueline Kennedy in blue fountain pen, by Hallmark with embossed greeting and Presidential Seal, having an image of the White House on the front with approaching sleigh, in an embossed White House envelope addressed to Hon. and Mrs. Edward M. Kennedy at 9 Louisburg Square, Boston, Massachusetts, and postmarked 19 Dec 1962, with a Project Mercury stamp. 5 3/4" x 6 3/4". Envelope knife opened along top edge, slightly yellowed. This card was given by Edward Kennedy to his campaign worker, Julia F. Sullivan of Roxbury, Mass. in the 1960s. Stacey Fox, head of the social office had Hallmark print the cards as Jackie designed them. Only 1,000 of this card design were originally printed. Sadly, this was JFK's second and last Christmas in the White House.
