About The Artist:

Joe Beeler was an American painter, illustrator, and sculptor born in Joplin County, Missouri, in 1931. He founded the Cowboy Artists of America in 1964 along with Charlie Dye and John Hampton. The artist was the first living artist to have a one-man show at the National Cowboy Hall of Fame. According to Trailside Galleries, Beeler died in 1974 while in the saddle roping cattle.
