GENT'S DRESSING BOX - Early Victorian English Fitted Brass Bound Gent's Toiletry Box, by T. Briggs, 27 Piccadilly, London, with coromandel wood veneer, leather and velvet lined, fitted with (8) silver and silver lidded crystal jars and bottles, silver hallmarked for London 1844 by maker Frances Douglas, with leather lift out tray, also includes a grooming kit with strop, razor, scissors, boot hooks, tweezers, etc., most pieces engraved with a man's profile, inlaid brass medallion in lid includes same engraved profile and monogram BE, includes key, 3 3/4" high, 12 3/4" x 7 1/4", one small implement missing from grooming kit, minor wear to velvet lining, otherwise good condition.
