Bill Quarry promoted this show, which was held at Oakland Auditorium on June 28, 1967. Featured acts were Country Joe & The Fish; the Sons of Champlin; Sparrow; Grass Roots; and The Young Rascals. Also appearing was the Grateful Dead, although they are not listed on the handbill.

CGC-Graded: Very Fine Minus 7.5. Scattered handling.
