Judy Nordquist (b. 1949 ) is an equine sculptor known for her Arabian horses in both miniature and monumental life-size bronzes. After studying art in college, she spent several years in the commercial art field before focusing her attention on painting horses which later evolved into sculpting. She has traveled extensively in Egypt, Africa, Italy and the Middle East researching Middle Eastern history and culture. She and her daughter created their Collectors Limited Bronze Sculptures, reflecting the classic style of 19th century French School of sculpture, Les Animaliers. Her bronzesare in municipal, private, corporate, and fine art collections around the world.
