the ebonised cabinet with a black stone top, a single frieze of applied acanthus leaves at the top register, with a continuous geometric pattern at the upper and lower edges, ormolu cupid and acanthus leaf mounts flank the central glass door, the door and its surrounding frame inset with Boulle marquetry work in an intricate pattern of leaves and vines against a typical reddish-black wooden ground, further bacchus head mounts on the left and right sides of the cabinet, the protruding base with a shaped apron that also has a bacchus head and two acanthus leaf mounts, original key and one interior shelf
