Annie Puybareau (b. 1955), born in Paris, was a French contemporary Realist painter who worked en plein air. She attended Rouen’s Fine Arts College in 1975 and studied with Robert Savary. She was schooled in the French Tradition of Corot, Monet, and Morisot. Upon her graduation, she expanded her painting technique into the Normandy Impressionist style. In 1989, she began teaching painting to pupils. Her work has been exhibited in Suiha Galerie in Tokyo, Japan; Christie’s in New York, New York; and Musée de la Marine in Paris, France.
