Anne G. Helioff (1910-2001), born in Liverpool, was an English painter known for her landscape, figure, abstract paintings. She later became a naturalized citizen of the United States. She studied at the Art Students League and also worked as an apprentice, student, and later as a contemporary to Kuniyoshi during his tenure with the Woodstock Art Association at Woodstock, New York. She held the positions of Secretary and later President of the Woodstock Artist Association, Director of the American Society of Contemporary Artists, and Director of the New York Society of American Women Artists. She exhibited at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., the Philadelphia Museum, and the Berkshire Museum.
