Abrishami Hessam (b. 1951) is an Iranian artist who has created a vast collection of work including paintings, drawings and sculptures. Born in Shiraz, Iran, the ancient history surrounding him in his childhood influenced his work. In 1975, the artist went to Italy to study at the Accademia di Belle Arti Pietro Vannucci. He emigrated to Los Angeles, California in 1984, where he continues to expand on his work creating colorful paintings exploring human figures. The artist has over 20,000 private collectors worldwide and has had over 100 one-man gallery shows, participated in nearly 30 international exhibitions, and has exhibited in many museums.
